These are unedited images. The pure white background was achieved by separately lighting and overexposing a large white seamless backdrop with enough distance that the light does not effect the model in the foreground, who is separately lit and slightly underexposed relative to the background. The model is on a reflective white tileboard surface extending into the overexposed area which eliminates surrounding shadows and reflects the background to complete the 100% white-clipping effect around the ankles & feet. The only part left is the dull reflection at the bottom.
This is now trivial to do in Photoshop, but is more satisfying to do with practical lighting effects, looks superior, and saves time in post-production.
